Equity and Inclusion
This page highlights significant initiatives and leadership in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. My disciplinary lens on motor control and neurodiversity informs my perspectives. I have led university wide working groups and am currently a CEL Scholar with a focus on equity in high-impact practices for students who identify as neurodiverse or have physical disabilities.

DEI Professional Development
I have co-led professional development initiatives for faculty and staff professional development. This included a comprehensive report with recommendations to address systemic and systematic change.
